The U.T. Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli & Daman and Diu, Disaster Management Cell, Collectorate, Diu has issued a notification for filling up vacancies on a Short Term Contract basis. Eligible Indian citizens who meet the specified qualifications are invited to submit their applications in the prescribed format.

Vacancy and Salary Details

The recruitment drive is conducted for the position of Disaster Project Officer. A total of 1 post is available for this position. Selected candidates will receive a monthly consolidated pay of ₹ 35,000/-.

Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Disaster Project Officer post must be up to 40 years of age, with the age determination date set as the last date of receipt of applications.

For educational qualifications, candidates must hold a Master Degree in Disaster Management/ Social Work/Town Planning/Social Science/ other relevant field from a recognized Board/University, along with 3 years of work experience in a related field. Preference will be given to candidates possessing higher qualifications in the same field, and basic computer knowledge is desirable.

• Persons already in service with Government or Other Organizations must obtain a "No Objection Certificate" and attach it with the application.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending interviews.
• Selected candidates will not have any right or claim for regularisation against regular or permanent vacancies.
