Remuneration and Tenure
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 35,000. The engagement is initially for one year and is renewable annually up to a maximum duration of five years based on satisfactory performance and institute requirements. An annual increment of up to 10% is permissible subject to a maximum of four revisions.
Selection Process
Applicants will undergo a selection process comprising a Physical Efficiency Test and a Trade Test, followed by an Interview for shortlisted candidates. The selection will be conducted in person at the Institute.
