Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications

This recruitment is exclusively open to regular serving government employees on a deputation or absorption basis; direct applications from the general public are not accepted.

• Service Requirement: Regular Dispatch Riders (Group-C) and MTS (Group-C) in the Department of Posts in Level-1, or eligible personnel from other Central Government Ministries and Departments.
• Educational Qualification: Must have passed the 10th standard from a recognized board or institute.
• Driving License: Must possess a valid driving license for both Light Motor Vehicles (LMV) and Heavy Motor Vehicles (HMV).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in driving light and heavy motor vehicles, along with a working knowledge of motor mechanisms.
