Ordnance Factory Ambarnath (OFA), a production unit under Yantra India Limited, has invited applications from qualified and experienced Indian nationals for the position of Labour Welfare Officer (LWO) on a full-time contractual basis. This recruitment drive aims to fill 01 backlog vacancy reserved for the OBC category. Selected candidates will initially be appointed for a period of 02 years, which can be extended further for up to a maximum of 4 years on a yearly basis depending on company requirements and performance.

Eligibility Criteria and Remuneration

Candidates applying for the Labour Welfare Officer post must hold a degree from a recognized university or institute along with a postgraduate degree or diploma in Social Work, Social Science, Labour Welfare, Industrial Relations, Personnel Management, or an MBA in Personnel Management or Human Resource Management. A desirable qualification includes adequate knowledge of the Marathi language. The applicant's age must not exceed 45 years as on the closing date of the advertisement, with a minimum age requirement of 27 years. Selected candidates will be entitled to a fixed consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 45,000.
