Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Education Society's Sarvajanik Vidyalaya, Daman has invited applications for filling up Grant In Aid Post by Direct Recruitment on a regular basis. Entitlement of salary grant shall be as per the Performance based Grant-in-Aid Policy of school education.

Vacancy Details and Medium

There are a total of 2 vacancies available for the Post Graduate Teacher position. One post is for Account/Commerce subject with English medium under the Unreserved (UR) category. Another post is for Biology subject with Gujarati medium under the Unreserved (UR) category.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants for the Post Graduate Teacher position must hold a Post Graduate degree in the respective subject with at least 50% marks along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized university or institution. Alternatively, candidates with a Post Graduate degree with at least 50% marks in the respective subject and B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed. from any National Council for Teacher Education recognized institution can apply. Candidates must also fulfill the medium specific requirement where the medium of study in SSC must match the medium in which they are applying, except for language subjects.

Age Limit and Salary

Upper age limit is not exceeding 30 years, and it is relaxable as per orders or guidelines issued by the Central Government from time to time. The selected candidates will receive a salary in the Pay Matrix-Table of Rs. 47600-151100 (PB-2 + GP Rs. 4800/- Pre revised).

The application must be affixed with one recent passport size photograph. Candidates found eligible after scrutiny will have to appear for a written test.
