Under the revised rules, only one member from a family can receive benefits under PM Kisan. Furthermore, individuals who purchased land after February 1, 2019, and accounts registered in the names of minors under 18 years of age are excluded. Higher economic status beneficiaries, including institutional landholders, income tax payers of the last assessment year, holders of constitutional posts, serving or retired government officers, and pensioners drawing a monthly pension of Rs. 10,000 or more, are not eligible.
